We hope to empower all attendees to our event with simple, practical and affordable ways to impact their own health from the comfort of their homes. Good health starts with the willingness to make changes. These changes don’t have to start big. Small, sustainable changes are the key. These changes will have a large effect on overall health and wellbeing for the local men and boys that attend.
